The Nova Scotia Securities Commission has found that AD Equity Inc. violated Nova Scotia securities laws. AD Equity, a Nova Scotia community economic-development corporation, has not filed continuous disclosure documents such as interim financial statements, annual financial statements or material change reports since 2004. The commission ordered AD Equity to comply with Nova Scotia securities laws and ordered all people and companies to permanently cease trading in securities of AD Equity. The Nova Scotia Securities Commission is the provincial government agency responsible for regulating trading in securities in the province.
