The crash happened on the Springhill Road at around 9am this morning.It’s understood that a male came off his motorbike and sustained head injuries.He has been taken to Letterkenny University Hospital for treatment.Gardai have confirmed that the section of the Springhill R$oad will closed for most of the morning. Batesville Man Could Be Charged For Hunting Infractions

first_imgA tip to conservation officers launched an investigation into alleged illegal deer hunting activities by a Batesville man.45-year-old David Grieshop is accused of being complicit in the illegal possession of at least eight antlered deer. Each infraction is a class B misdemeanor.Indiana DNR regulations limit Hoosier hunters to the harvest of one buck per season.DNR officials said the illegal hunting practices by Grieshop, as well as a minor, could lead to eighteen separate violations. The involvement by a minor could lead to delinquency of a minor charge against Grieshop, a class A misdemeanor, according to conservation authorities.Charges are pending with the Franklin County Prosecutors Office.last_img
