She joined Impetus-PEF in 2011 as Portfolio Manager, and has been acting CEO since 2015. Before that she was CEO of the National Gardens Scheme from 2004 to 2010, following five years as CEO at Surrey Community Action from 1999 to 2004.She has served on the Learning and Skills Council and is currently a member of the Arts and Humanities Funding Council (both ministerial appointments).
